We completed the full commercial roofing installation for a multi-story library project in Doral. Our crew worked on the expansive flat roof, preparing the concrete surface and staging professional-grade materials. We managed the entire process from structural preparation to the final heat-welding of the waterproofing layers. We installed a multi-layered system using high-performance Soprema roofing membranes and thick insulation boards. The application included precise beads of construction sealant to secure the materials and careful integration of roof drains and ventilation pipes. This new roofing system provides the municipal building with a durable, weather-tight barrier and improved energy efficiency.
