We performed extensive commercial roofing repairs and maintenance at this maritime facility in Miami. Our team executed precise concrete penetrations for ventilation pipes, reinforced parapet wall seams, and installed durable metal flashing across various roof transitions. We utilized high-performance TPO membrane patches and granulated surfacing to address cracks and surface wear on the existing flat roof. The scope also involved restoring drainage systems and securing lightning protection cables to ensure the structure remains weather-resistant.
