We completed a comprehensive rooftop mechanical and safety installation for this project in Bal Harbour. Our team installed insulated refrigeration piping and robust HVAC equipment support frames across the concrete rooftop surfaces. We also managed the mounting of electrical conduits and the installation of custom metal flashing transitions along the parapet walls to ensure a watertight and organized mechanical space. To enhance site safety and accessibility, we installed galvanized metal pipe frameworks and stainless steel wire mesh railings around the perimeter. The project involved precise anchoring of metal brackets and base tracks to support both the mechanical systems and the safety barriers.
