We completed a comprehensive rooftop terrace installation for this hotel property in Miami. Our team performed extensive waterproofing using a high-performance roofing membrane and repaired critical drainage systems to ensure long-term structural protection. We installed a leveled system of geometric and square concrete pavers utilizing adjustable plastic pedestal supports to create a perfectly flat walking surface. This specialized pedestal technique allows for efficient water runoff and provides easy access to the underlying roofing structure for future maintenance. The finished terrace offers a durable, modern outdoor space specifically designed to withstand the coastal Florida climate.
