We completed a full TPO flat roof installation for this commercial facility in Doral, beginning with the removal of the aged roofing substrate. Our team managed the logistics of the project by utilizing crane services to stage rigid insulation and membrane materials across the large rooftop area. We focused on thorough deck preparation to ensure a clean surface for the new high-performance system. The installation process involved applying specialized adhesives and securing rigid insulation panels before laying the final white TPO membrane. We meticulously detailed all roof penetrations, including HVAC curbs, electrical conduits, and ventilation units, to provide a seamless and watertight finish. This new reflective roofing system significantly improves the building's thermal efficiency and provides durable protection against the elements.
