We completed a multi-phase commercial roofing project for an educational campus in Pinecrest. Our team installed a comprehensive TPO membrane system across several flat concrete rooftop decks. We performed extensive perimeter prep work, including the installation of pressure-treated wood nailers and concrete parapet wall capping. The project featured GAF TPO roofing membrane secured with silver metal termination bars for a watertight masonry seal. We also integrated specialized mechanical curbs and vertical steel supports to accommodate the building's infrastructure and rooftop equipment. This high-performance roofing system was designed to provide long-term durability and thermal protection for the campus.
