We completed a comprehensive commercial roofing installation for a project in Doral, Florida. Our team constructed concrete masonry parapet walls and prepared the flat concrete roof deck for a multi-layered waterproofing system. We applied heavy-duty rubberized sealant along all wall-to-deck joints to ensure a perfectly watertight building envelope. The scope included the installation of a high-performance white membrane roof, complete with custom metal flashing and L-channels. We also integrated critical roof components such as HVAC curbs, skylight frames, and secure roof hatches. The final result provides the building with a durable, energy-efficient, and weather-resistant roofing system.
