We completed a comprehensive commercial roofing installation for a prominent porte cochere in Bal Harbour. Our team prepared the structure by installing new plywood decking followed by a black moisture barrier membrane to ensure long-term protection against humidity. We utilized rigid insulation boards secured with circular fastening plates to provide a stable, energy-efficient base for the final roofing layers. The installation concluded with a high-performance white membrane system, featuring precise flashing around drainage openings and vertical wall transitions. This durable roof provides a weather-tight seal and reliable protection for the high-traffic commercial entrance.
