We completed a comprehensive flat roof installation for this multi-story property in Miami Beach. Our team started with the preparation of the concrete roof deck, installing custom wooden curbs for exhaust vents and securing white metal flashing along the parapet walls. We focused on creating a durable, watertight foundation before beginning the multi-layered application process. We utilized a high-performance insulation system, securing rigid panels with specialized spray foam adhesive for maximum bonding strength. The project was finished with a durable white membrane, with all seams meticulously heat-welded to ensure superior leak protection. This new roofing system provides long-term weather resistance and significantly improves the building’s overall energy efficiency.
