We completed a comprehensive re-roofing project for a multi-story condominium complex in Miami Beach. Our team removed the aged, weathered roofing material and replaced it with a durable, multi-layered bitumen membrane system. This extensive scope involved meticulous work around rooftop mechanical units and complex parapet wall transitions. We utilized high-performance granulated bitumen and white TPO membranes to provide long-term waterproofing and UV resistance. Our crew installed new circular flashing boots on all pipe penetrations and properly sealed HVAC curbs to prevent moisture intrusion. The updated roofing system ensures the structural integrity of the property while improving energy efficiency for the residents.
