We managed a multi-phase commercial roofing installation for a major building complex in the Dadeland neighborhood of Miami. Our team coordinated extensive staging of materials and heavy machinery under an elevated overpass to facilitate a seamless workflow. We focused on precise substrate preparation and the strategic application of advanced roofing components during evening hours to maintain a secure job site. We installed a high-performance system utilizing GAF Tapered EnergyGuard Polyiso Insulation and USG Securock glass-mat roof boards to provide superior thermal resistance and durability. Our technicians employed propane torches to heat-weld the membrane seams and used industrial-grade adhesives to bond the insulation layers to the concrete deck.
