We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Parkland, Florida. The project began with the removal of the existing roofing material, followed by a thorough inspection and repair of the plywood roof decking. We addressed several areas of deterioration by installing new plywood sheathing to ensure a solid structural base. To provide superior moisture protection, we applied Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhered underlayment across the entire roof surface. Our team also installed new plumbing vent boots and ensured all penetrations were properly sealed before finishing the installation with concrete roof tiles.
