We completed a comprehensive residential shingle roofing installation for a home in Delray Beach. Our team began by removing the existing materials and inspecting the roof deck, where we replaced several sections of weathered OSB and plywood sheathing to ensure a solid structural foundation. We carefully prepped the surface to meet modern standards for long-term durability and moisture protection. For the underlayment, we installed Owens Corning Specialty Tile & Metal synthetic material secured with metal cap nails. We integrated a solar-powered attic fan to improve home ventilation and energy efficiency before laying the final architectural asphalt shingles. This project resulted in a robust, weather-resistant roofing system that significantly improves the home’s curb appeal.
