We completed a comprehensive residential tile re-roofing project in Boca Raton. Our team removed the existing weathered terracotta tiles and performed a detailed inspection of the roof deck, replacing damaged plywood sheathing and addressing structural deterioration around the skylights. To ensure maximum durability, we installed Polyglass high-performance underlayment and reinforced the waterproofing system across the entire structure. We took extensive precautions to protect the property’s landscaping and driveway with heavy-duty tarps and protective coverings throughout the demolition and installation phases.
