We completed a comprehensive residential re-roofing project in Boca Raton involving both pitched tile and flat roof surfaces. We began by stripping the existing red clay S-tiles to expose the roof deck, where we performed necessary structural repairs to the plywood sheathing. This phase ensured a solid foundation for the new roofing system. We installed Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhered underlayment across the sloped sections and a durable TPO membrane on the flat roof areas. Our team also integrated new hurricane-rated skylights and finished the installation with classic terracotta-colored tiles. To protect the property, we utilized extensive plastic sheeting and tarps over the landscaping and patio surfaces throughout the entire process.
