We completed a comprehensive residential tile re-roof project for this home in Margate. After stripping the original material, we identified and replaced significant sections of rotted wood fascia and weathered eaves to restore the structural integrity of the roofline. To ensure a completely watertight seal, we installed new plywood sheathing and utilized high-performance underlayment, including Versashield and Polystick TU Plus self-adhered membranes. The project was finished with the installation of durable concrete tiles and a new white aluminum gutter system to provide long-term protection against the elements.
