We completed a full TPO flat roof installation for a multi-family condominium association in Miami Beach. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the existing weathered roofing layers to expose and inspect the wooden deck. We carefully replaced damaged plywood and plank sections to provide a sound structural base for the new roofing system. To ensure superior durability and protection, we installed high-performance insulation boards and USG Securock gypsum-fiber roof boards. Using a crane for efficiency, we staged all materials before mechanically fastening the white TPO membrane across the entire surface. We finished the project with precision seam welding and new flashing around all plumbing vents to create a watertight, energy-efficient finish.
