We completed the second phase of a comprehensive flat roofing installation for the Dade Quail Roost project in Miami. Our team installed a high-performance system beginning with corrugated metal decking and rigid insulation boards. This large-scale commercial project required precise coordination across a multi-section roof surface. We utilized durable insulation panels secured with mechanical fasteners followed by a white TPO membrane for superior energy efficiency and weather protection. The process included detailed heat-welding at the seams and the careful integration of roof drains and HVAC penetrations. The finished surface provides a robust, watertight barrier designed to withstand Florida’s demanding climate.
