We completed a full TPO flat roofing system installation for this waterfront commercial-scale project in Miami Beach. Our crew began by staging high-performance Polyiso insulation boards and preparing the concrete roof decks and newly poured parapet walls. We focused on creating a secure, weather-tight foundation across the entire flat roof surface to accommodate the unique coastal climate and structural requirements. We utilized GAF TPO membrane and EverGuard bonding adhesive, applying the sealant in a specialized serpentine pattern for superior adhesion. The project included the precise installation of HVAC curbs, roof drains, and ventilation pipes to ensure functional longevity. The finished white membrane provides a clean, reflective surface that significantly enhances the building's energy efficiency and long-term durability.
