We completed a comprehensive TPO flat roof installation for this modern residence in Miami Beach. The project began with detailed core sampling to assess the existing roofing layers and determine the structural thickness before starting work. We performed a full tear-off of the old granulated bitumen surface to prepare the deck for a more durable, energy-efficient system. We installed the new TPO membrane alongside a high-performance vapor barrier to meet local building requirements and enhance moisture protection. Our team focused on precise flashing details around the parapet walls and updated the drainage components for better water management. This new system provides long-term thermal efficiency and superior weather resistance for the waterfront property.
