We completed a comprehensive roof installation for the Miami Learning Experience School. The project involved preparing various roof sections with corrugated metal decking and structural plywood sheathing to ensure a stable foundation. We also integrated concrete masonry parapet walls and metal framing to provide robust structural support throughout the facility. Our team applied high-performance Polyglass underlayment and secured rigid insulation boards with specialized fastener plates to create a durable thermal barrier. We then installed a white TPO membrane and custom metal flashing to provide long-lasting weather protection and moisture resistance. The finished roofing system offers an energy-efficient and reliable environment for the school.
