We completed a full commercial roof replacement on this facility in Doral. Our team addressed the deteriorating bituminous surface and weathered concrete parapet walls. We cleared the aged material to prepare for a durable, energy-efficient membrane system. We installed a USG Securock cover board system followed by a high-reflectivity white TPO membrane. The installation included extensive mechanical fastening and precision sealing around all rooftop equipment and parapets. This new system provides superior weather protection and improved thermal performance for the commercial structure.
