This project consisted of a commercial EPDM roof restoration for the Brauman Group facility in Garland, Texas. Due to the condition of the existing roof system, a full substrate upgrade was required prior to restoration. Our team installed new OSB decking across the entire roof surface, creating a solid, uniform base for the new roofing system. After the decking installation, a spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system was applied, followed by a high-performance protective coating, resulting in a seamless, fully adhered roof assembly. This comprehensive foam and coating restoration system significantly improved waterproofing, increased thermal performance, and extended the service life of the roof without the need for a complete tear-off. The finished system delivers long-term durability, energy efficiency, and weather resistance, making it a highly effective solution for commercial EPDM roof restoration in Garland, TX.
