Thermo Sensors in Garland, TX hired All Star Roofing LLC to restore two roof sections using different systems. One section received a full spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roof restoration to eliminate leaks, increase insulation value, and create a seamless, energy-efficient surface. The other section, an aging metal roof, was restored using our metal roof coating system which included fastener/seam treatment, rust protection, and a high-performance reflective coating. This combined restoration approach extended the life of the facility’s roof 10–20 years, improved waterproofing, and avoided the cost and downtime of a complete roof replacement.
