The project involved the installation of a comprehensive drainage and waterproofing system to address water infiltration issues: Installation of 4" Non-Perforated SDR 35 PVC Pipe: A 4-inch non-perforated SDR 35 PVC pipe was installed underground to direct water to the designated discharge area. The pipe installation began with a tee and included a direct discharge to a culvert to manage water flow effectively. Waterproofing and Pipe Installation for Sill Plate: A waterproof pipe was installed to relieve water from the sill plate. The wall around the sill plate area, approximately 15 feet, was waterproofed to prevent water from entering the basement. French Drain Installation: A French drain was installed in the entire affected area to ensure proper drainage. The French drain directs water to the newly installed discharge system, effectively managing and preventing future water accumulation.
