The Complete Exterior Defense Waterproofing System is a full-scale solution engineered to protect foundations, control hydrostatic pressure, and prevent moisture intrusion using premium materials and proven installation methods. Service Overview: • Excavation: Dig below the foundation footer to fully expose the wall for complete treatment access. • Power Wash Treatment: Clean and prepare the foundation surface to ensure maximum adhesion. • Primer Application: Apply a high-strength primer to create a solid bond for the waterproofing membrane. • Waterproofing Membrane: Install Tremco GC-250 over all exposed surfaces, extending 4 inches above grade. This membrane includes a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty for superior protection. • Drainage Board Installation: Install drainage board from footer to 4 inches above grade to enhance water flow control and relieve hydrostatic pressure. • Backfill & Settling Preparation: Backfill with excavated soil and mound the grade above finish level to allow natural settling.
