Complete Mobile Home Park Sewer Evaluation
Our team performed a comprehensive sewer evaluation of an entire mobile home park to televise, locate, map, and record the complete sewer network. Following a full site walk, we estimated approximately 3,800 linear feet of sewer line requiring inspection and documentation. Scope of Work: • Manhole Location & Access: Located all manholes throughout the property. Excavated and exposed buried lids in unpaved areas for full access. • Manhole Inspection & Cleaning: Inspected interior condition and structure of each manhole, removing buildup and scum where necessary to ensure safe entry and accurate observation. • Verification & Mapping: Verified all pipe sizes, materials, manhole depths, and diameters, and recorded the information for engineering documentation. • Sewer Line Evaluation: Televized the full system to locate all laterals, intrusions, cracked or broken segments, and misaligned joints. • Discharge Point Location: Identified the discharge line into the treatment plant and traced the outfall into the creek, clearing debris as needed to restore proper flow. • Hydro Jet Cleaning: Used high-pressure hydro jetting to clear blockages or debris when required to complete televising of each line segment. • Documentation: Produced itemized inspection sheets detailing linear footage by segment (manhole to manhole) in accordance with NASSCO standards, and provided to-scale drawings of sewer mains and manhole locations. • Access Coordination: Accessed sewer lines beneath mobile homes where necessary, removing and reinstalling aprons to complete the work safely and efficiently. This evaluation provides the park ownership with a complete map, video inspection record, and structural condition assessment of the entire sewer system—supporting future maintenance planning, compliance documentation, and repair prioritization.
