The project involved the successful installation of a 90 mil crawl space encapsulation system and the integration of an EZ Breathe crawl space unit. The 90 mil crawl space encapsulation was installed as a durable moisture barrier, providing a robust layer of protection against ground moisture and vapor intrusion. The thick, reinforced material was carefully measured, cut, and sealed to cover the entire crawl space floor and walls, creating an impermeable barrier. Seams were sealed with high-grade tape, and the encapsulation was securely anchored to ensure long-term durability and effectiveness. Following the encapsulation, the EZ Breathe crawl space unit was installed to enhance air circulation and improve overall air quality within the crawl space. The unit was positioned to maximize ventilation efficiency, effectively expelling stale, humid air and replacing it with fresher air from the upper levels of the home. Overall, the combination of the 90 mil encapsulation and the EZ Breathe unit provided a comprehensive solution, significantly improving the crawl space's functionality and safeguarding the home against moisture-related issues.
