Our crew performed a foundation crack injection to permanently seal and waterproof an active crack in the concrete wall. The process began with thorough surface preparation, cleaning the area to ensure proper adhesion and material performance. We then installed high-strength epoxy and injection ports along the full length of the crack to control the flow and depth of material. Using a high-pressure polyurethane injection, the crack was completely filled, expanding deep into the concrete to create a flexible, watertight seal. This repair method stops water intrusion, prevents further cracking, and restores the foundation’s structural integrity for long-term protection.
