Window Well Replacement

October 2025

Our team removed and replaced an existing window well with a new galvanized steel well at a maximum depth of 36 inches. A field measurement was performed to ensure proper fit and secure alignment with the foundation wall. The new well was fastened and sealed to the foundation, ensuring long-term stability and protection from water intrusion. Once installed, the area was backfilled with existing soil, and the interior of the well was filled with clean pea gravel to promote drainage and reduce moisture buildup. Where a drain was present, an atrium drain cap was installed to maintain proper water flow. Drain installation can be added if no existing drain is found during replacement. This service improves basement safety, drainage, and waterproofing performance, while enhancing the overall appearance and function of the foundation wall.
