Remove and dispose of the existing 3-tab shingles down to the roof decking. Inspect the roof decking for any visible damage and replace any rotten or deteriorated wood as needed per code requirements. Install new synthetic underlayment and ice & water membrane in all required areas according to manufacturer specifications and local building code. Install new CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles with all required starter shingles, ridge cap shingles, step flashing, pipe collars, and ventilation components as needed for a complete roofing system installation. Remove the existing gutters and downspouts. Install new 6” seamless gutters with new oversized downspouts, heavy-duty hidden hangers, outlet drops, end caps, and all necessary accessories to ensure proper water drainage away from the foundation. All debris will be removed from the property and the job site will be magnetically cleaned upon completion.
