Tucked inside the prestigious Harbour Ridge community, this backyard renovation represents the first phase of a carefully planned outdoor transformation. The Alpha Zeta team was brought in to resolve several foundational landscape challenges while preparing the property for its next level of beauty and usability. Our work began with strategic grading and drainage improvements, ensuring water properly flows away from the home's foundation — protecting the property while creating a stronger base for the new landscape. To enhance both performance and appearance, we installed a comprehensive underground drainage system with catch basins and decorative drains, seamlessly integrated into the surrounding landscape. The irrigation system was fully reworked and expanded, including new rotors, pop-ups, and bubblers to ensure even coverage and long-term turf health. Once the infrastructure was complete, the transformation moved to aesthetics. Fresh sod was installed to create a lush green canvas, while mulch beds and soil improvements around existing palms refreshed the planting areas and prepared them for future design elements. To complete the atmosphere, Alpha Zeta installed a custom landscape lighting package, adding subtle nighttime illumination that highlights the property while elevating its overall presence after dark. This project is a perfect example of the Alpha Zeta approach — combining engineering, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design to create landscapes that are not only beautiful but built to perform. With Phase One complete, this Harbour Ridge property now has a solid foundation for the next stage of its outdoor evolution.
