The residence underwent a complete exterior revival led by Alpha Zeta’s award-winning design-build team, blending architectural harmony, plant artistry, and premium hardscape craftsmanship into one seamless vision. This transformation features a new custom-laid paver walkway and driveway redesign that redefines curb appeal with clean geometry and timeless style. Each paver was chosen to complement the home’s palette and to lead guests gracefully through the lush new gardens toward the entryway — a journey framed by vibrant color, symmetry, and texture. Around it, Alpha Zeta meticulously re-imagined the softscape: • Selective transplants and preservation of mature trees — olive, oak, and pine • Hand-placed groupings of Clusia, Thryallis, Firebush, Ixora, and Dwarf Coleus for layered tropical contrast • Drainage and gutter systems discretely integrated underground to protect the structure and ensure longevity • Rebuilt pool stoops, raised herb garden, and pressure-cleaned boulders for a refreshed and elevated look • A custom landscape lighting package (path and uplights) creating a warm nighttime glow that enhances texture and depth Finished with new St. Augustine lawn, modern hose reels, and meticulous detailing from foundation to fence line — this project stands as a testament to Alpha Zeta’s signature blend of precision, artistry, and luxury outdoor living.
