Over two days, we trimmed, removed, replanted, and revitalized the landscape from front to back — giving the home a clean, well-defined look ready for the new season. Scope of Work: Removed overgrown Trinette, Podocarpus, core grass, Firebush, and Cypress Hard-cut and reshaped existing Trinette; lifted and cleared Ligustrum trunks Planted six Ilex shillings, one 25-gallon Bottle Palm, seven Dwarf Ixora, and a 7-gallon Jatropha bush for color and structure Flush-cut two pine trees and cleaned out all Palmetto palms Installed a downspout drainage line for improved water management Applied herbicide to all remaining front beds and fully re-mulched with 145 bags of premium brown mulch The Result: A crisp, balanced landscape with refreshed plantings, clean lines, and proper drainage — bringing the property back to Alpha Zeta’s standard of “Design.
