Palm City Revival at Pipers Landing

Project Summary: Alpha Zeta transformed this Pipers Landing property into a refreshed coastal landscape that blends structure, color, and texture in true luxury-resort fashion. The scope included full cleanup and palm restoration, removal of dated plantings, and the installation of vibrant groupings of Helen Johnson bougainvillea, dwarf ixora, yellow lantana, philodendron ‘Xanadu,’ podocarpus, and oleander to create layered tropical color and depth. We re-established new grass lines, rebuilt the front stoop and walls, installed decorative drains, cleaned and sealed all pavers, relocated the fountain to become a new focal point, and fine-tuned the irrigation and lighting systems to complete the refresh.
