We completed a full residential roof replacement on this single-story home in Lewiston, Idaho. Our team stripped away the old, mossy asphalt shingles to reveal significant wear and damage on the original roof structure. We performed extensive repairs to the framing and installed new OSB and CDX plywood decking to ensure a stable foundation for the new roofing system. We utilized Landmark Pro architectural shingles for their durability and visual appeal, paired with Grace Ice and Water Shield for superior moisture protection. The project also included the installation of new white seamless metal gutters and custom black flashing around the existing brick chimney. These upgrades significantly improved the home's weather resistance and curb appeal while providing a long-lasting solution against the elements.
