We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for a multi-pitched home in Oakesdale. Our team removed the existing damaged roofing and performed necessary repairs to the plywood decking to ensure a solid foundation. We also streamlined the roofline by removing an unused brick chimney and addressed critical intake ventilation needs to improve the home's airflow. To ensure lasting protection, we installed CertainTeed synthetic underlayment along with new architectural shingles. We integrated specialized ice and water barriers in vulnerable valleys, installed missing drip edges, and added custom counter step flashings with smart trim. The finished project provides the property with a durable, weather-tight roofing system and a refreshed exterior appearance.
