We completed a full roof replacement on a detached gambrel-style storage shed in Richland. Our team stripped the existing structure and installed new OSB sheathing to establish a secure and level surface for the new materials. We prioritized weatherproofing by applying specialized underlayment across the entire roof deck prior to shingling. For the finish, we installed architectural asphalt shingles paired with a durable metal ridge cap and integrated ventilation. This project ensures the outbuilding is fully protected from the elements while complementing the main home's exterior design.
