We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Wenatchee, transitioning from weathered asphalt shingles to a modern metal system. Our team stripped the existing roofing down to the original wood decking, making necessary repairs to the structure before beginning the installation. We applied high-performance Epilay Ply-Stik Plus peel-and-stick underlayment to ensure a completely watertight seal across all gables and valleys. The project concluded with the installation of a durable black standing seam metal roof, providing the residence with a significant aesthetic upgrade and superior long-term weather protection. This new system offers improved snow shedding and durability for the local climate.
