We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project for this multi-story home in Burbank. Our team removed the existing moss-covered asphalt shingles and cleared debris from the gutter system to prepare for the new installation. We inspected the roof deck and addressed structural repairs before moving forward with a new moisture barrier. We installed CertainTeed synthetic underlayment and high-quality dark gray asphalt shingles to provide superior weather protection and durability. To ensure proper attic ventilation, we integrated new turbine vents and ridge vents across the roofline. The project also included the installation of matching dark metal gutters and metal flashing along the existing vertical board-and-batten siding.
