We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Spokane, beginning with a complete tear-off of two existing layers of shingles. Our team inspected the underlying structure and identified areas where the roof deck required attention due to age and moisture. We stripped the surface down to the rafters to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. We installed new oriented strand board (OSB) and plywood sheathing to stabilize the roof deck before applying new asphalt shingles. The project included the installation of fresh underlayment, flashing, and plumbing vents to provide a weather-tight seal across the entire structure. We also integrated LP SmartSide trim to match the existing exterior and ensure lasting durability against the local climate.
