We performed a full roof tear-off and replacement on this single-story residence in Moses Lake. During our initial inspection, we identified several soft spots and significant wear on the existing asphalt shingles. To ensure a solid foundation, we stripped the roof down to the deck and replaced damaged OSB sheathing before beginning the new installation. We installed high-quality architectural asphalt shingles, new drip edges, and updated plumbing vent boots. Our team also integrated low-profile roof vents to enhance attic ventilation and prevent future moisture issues. The completed project provides the home with a durable, weather-tight roofing system designed to withstand the regional climate for years to come.
