We performed a full roof replacement on this two-story residential home in Kennewick to address aging shingles and structural warping. Our team conducted a comprehensive tear-off of the existing materials, allowing us to inspect and replace damaged OSB sheathing across the roof deck. We focused on creating a reinforced, watertight foundation to protect the home’s dark vertical siding and interior structure. To ensure maximum durability, we installed CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment followed by high-quality architectural asphalt shingles. We also replaced all critical components, including plumbing vent boots, metal flashing, and solar-powered attic vents for improved ventilation. The finished project provides the residence with a clean, modern aesthetic and significantly enhanced weather protection for years to come.
