We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this home in Richland to address aging shingles and exposed underlayment. Our team conducted a thorough tear-off of the previous materials, ensuring the plywood decking was sound before beginning the new installation. We also performed maintenance on the exterior chimney chase and integrated updated flashing to ensure a watertight seal across the entire structure. For the new roof, we utilized high-performance materials including GAF FeltBuster and CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. We finished the project with durable dark gray asphalt shingles that perfectly complement the home's vertical board and batten siding.
