We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project for this single-story home in Richland. The scope involved a full tear-off of the existing shingles to evaluate the underlying structure and identify any hidden damage. During the process, we replaced several sections of rotten plywood sheathing and oriented strand board to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the new materials. For the updated roofing system, we installed gray asphalt architectural shingles paired with Grace Select self-adhering underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. We also performed critical maintenance on the red brick chimney by installing new flashing and professional-grade sealant to prevent future leaks. The finished project provides the residence with a durable, weather-resistant roof that ensures long-term protection and improves the overall structural integrity of the home.
