We executed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this multi-level property in Spokane. The process began with a complete tear-off of the old asphalt shingles to inspect the underlying roof deck and ensure a structural foundation. We prepared the entire surface with high-performance synthetic underlayment and reinforced the valleys to guarantee a water-tight seal across every pitch. For the new surface, we installed CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles, chosen for their long-term durability and architectural profile. We also integrated new ridge vents to optimize attic ventilation and updated the flashing around all roof penetrations and chimney stacks.
