We completed a full residential roofing installation for this multi-story home, starting with the removal of the old roofing system and a complete inspection of the underlying structure. Our team managed the tear-off process using protective debris netting to keep the surrounding landscaping and driveway clear of old materials. We addressed the complex roofline, which featured multiple ridges, hips, and integrated skylights, to ensure a seamless and weather-tight finish. We installed new plywood sheathing and a high-performance underlayment before laying down the brown architectural asphalt shingles. To improve the home's long-term performance, we also replaced various roof vents and updated the flashing around chimneys and skylights. The finished project provides a durable and reliable roofing system that significantly improves the home’s protection and curb appeal.
