Residential Asphalt Shingle Roof Repair and Chimney Flashing on West 13th Avenue Kennewick, Washington
We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project focused on identifying and resolving several critical structural and moisture issues. Our team repaired significant soft spots discovered near the chimney and across the roof deck before installing new protective underlayment. We also performed targeted maintenance on the roof’s penetration points, including the replacement of worn plumbing vent boots and the repair of flashing at roof-to-wall transitions. We utilized CertainTeed RoofRunner and Vycor Select self-adhered flashing to provide a superior barrier against water intrusion. The scope of work included installing a new chimney cricket to improve drainage and addressing warping around existing skylights to ensure a weather-tight seal. These updates reinforced the durability of the architectural shingle system and restored the home's primary defense against the elements.
