We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Spokane, beginning with a comprehensive tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles. During the process, we identified and replaced compromised plywood and OSB decking to ensure a solid structural foundation. Our team installed new architectural shingles across the entire gabled roof system, including the chimney and ridges. To maximize moisture protection, we utilized CertainTeed RoofRunner underlayment and Vycor ice and water shield. We also upgraded the roof's ventilation with a metal ridge vent system and installed new flashing around the chimney and plumbing vents. Finally, we added metallic mesh gutter guards to the existing white gutters to prevent debris buildup and ensure proper drainage for years to come.
