We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Pullman after identifying significant wind and hail damage. Our team stripped the existing asphalt shingles down to the wooden sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. We carefully inspected the structure and replaced damaged sections of OSB sheathing before proceeding with the installation. For the new roof, we installed durable brown asphalt shingles along with high-performance underlayment and updated ridge vents to improve attic ventilation. We also replaced the drip edge and integrated new metal flashing around all plumbing vents and roof penetrations. This comprehensive restoration project restored the home's weather resistance and long-term durability.
